Back on the rower after nearly a year. Not enough to earn a Yorkie, but it's a start. Thankfully still in the muscle memory. Tried to do some work but I'm running out of enthusiasm. Had a nice meal and chat with Mum, just the two of us. Really appreciating her low maintenance parenting!
