Cheat photo

Because I didn’t take it! I realised I’ve not taken any photos today, and can’t be bothered to go out in the garden for another flower snap, when I had this tha my Michaele sent today! They had to wait for them to move before they could continue on their journey.

I saw a nurse today (I’m beginning to think the doctors have all disappeared from our surgery) about my knee. She was very thorough with her examination, telling me there was swelling and by the way it’s unstable! It could be arthritis or a bakers cyst. Anyway she’s organising an ultrasound, and I have an X-ray booked for Thursday. And a prescription for codeine! I didn’t come out feeling very positive, it doesn’t sound like there’s a quick fix!
