Bikes on Electric Train

The IoM is more hilly/mountainous than expected. So we put our bikes on the first train to Ramsay. Then we cycled to Point of Ayre, the most northerly point. We could see Scotland. The we headed west in a loop 23 miles in total. We were hoping it would be flattish but it wasn’t. The slightly scary thing was we weren’t guaranteed a ride back on the train for the very hilly distance of 17 miles. We were mighty relieved when we were allowed back on. Travelling home tomorrow.
