A sluggish walk as bed was a good place today, Juno was lively and ran with other dogs.

Walked to work.

Work was a goodness of goals.

Another reading lunch.

Was going to head out in the kayak, but when walking home the wind indicator suggested not. The ladies were hodling the heam of their summer dresses.

We headed down the coast anyway and strolled along the shore. The stands are erected at Muirfield which we went to look at as they had a fabby fake hawk to scare of the pigeons.

Chips and chat on the tourist route home.
