Rescue

I don't know how successful the rescue operation was but she was struggling in the grass so I moved her first to the poppy then the aubretia which had flowers and shade. I didn't see her later so hopefully, she felt better and buzzed off.

I buzzed round Burnsall with M.  She was going further to Grassington but we had, for me, a novel social cycle which was really fun and the hour or so there disappeared in no time. My legs survived - I was only going to do Langbar today but didn't want to miss the opportunity to go out with her.
