1967 Monday — Surfer Dave & Shawn

Surfer Dave was the best man at our wedding. Two weeks later we stood up for Dave and his bride Angie at their wedding. They had a baby boy two weeks after our baby boy was born. They remained in our close circle of friends for the first few years we were married; then they moved to another county because of Dave’s employment and our friendship became very distant. They divorced before their fifth anniversary.
