Raglan -by-the- Sea

Today Mary-Anne took us all out to Raglan where we enjoyed very fresh  cool winds, the lovely sea and sand and watched crowds of children enjoying their Saturday sport fixtures.
This po (statue)  by Simon Te Wheoro marks the entry of a beautiful footbridge which crosses from the Raglan Camp Ground and playing fields back across to the township and its myriad of wonderfully quirky shops of all kinds, coffee houses and craft shops. A very individual community.
