Mending day

Having finished my ‘play’ project (I will blip once it has been gifted) today’s sewing was all about mending, and alterations. A couple of small jobs on tops I have been meaning to adjust / mend for ages and then on to A’s overalls. He must have had these for nearly 30 years and they have been well used for painting, DIY and boat maintenance, however they had some serious holes which I have been promising to patch for a long time and today was that day. Not much of those jeans left now!
