Grandad's Nasturtiums

Had a lovely start to the day talking flowers on the family chat with a surprise short video call from Euan!  We now all have some of grandad's nasturtiums in our garden and this week the first flower appearerd.  I'm still experimenting with plants locations in the garden and am glad that they seem to be thriving.

Had my day at the food bank today and as it's holiday season I got to cover for one of the customer-facing volunteers and hand out the parcels for the first time.  There's quite a lot of food that goes into them and we had some bougie donations of things like balsamic vinegar which some people were really pleased to have in their parcels.

Rest of the day had been shopping and cleaning, but just had a lovely catch up with mum and dad too.  Though I am covered in hair from a furiously moutling Stridley.
