Island Queen

It was raining here this morning bur the forecast said not so further South so we drove the half hour to Tayinloan to meet the sun and 25 deg. We walked up the beach to see the old Island Queen. Lots of folk swimming today and we found an Oystercatcher nest with 3 eggs and a ringed plover nest of two eggs. On the way back the swan had her 5 cygnets on the beach, see extra

Off out to a ceilidh tonight as our neighbours are retiring, both much younger than me but better pension in the NHS than I have.
