Redwing blackbird

I spent the morning listening to United be terrible at Brighton. 
Then I went to see if I could get any swallows (shifts?) in focus in Golden Gate Park. No, not today was the answer.
I did get this redwing blackbird and a fabulous hawk though (see extra).

We met K's friend G in the evening at Bearing West (K thought it had outdoor space - it didn't). I was surprised when she agreed to dine indoor and then agreed to drink indoors at a bar close by. Little by little progress.
