Yummy!

Went shopping this morning despite my anxiety - which I think is getting worse or maybe weather & lack of proper sleep not helping ease.

Rain when I left & sunny too hot in rain jacket coming home.

Just sat down on bus home when had to change buses from one onto another behind, nothing worse when carrying shopping bags & a rucksack. Funnily though most people sat on the same seat they were on the previous bus, which was great as it meant 'my' seat was still free when I got on. Must be a collective comfort thing?

Treated myself to some Scottish strawberries & cream. Had eaten them after tea so had to do another one ;-) with cream (I really shouldn't have) for Blip.
