Flower Friday...Mallow

The cowparsley is being replaced by the tall stems of mallow, alongside the path through the wooded area near me. ...thanks Bikerbear and Miranda for the challenges.
Much milder today, and a lot of cloud. Met up with S, then we spent a couple of noisy hours at Bfriend making non alcoholic punch and quizzing on all things 'Windrush'. Great fun and learnt a lot. Floella Benjamin, now a life peer, was part of the Windrush generation. I remember watching her on tv in Playschool in the 60's with my boys. What a success story....and many more besides no doubt.
