Having a drink

This young dunnock was having a drink from the water gathered in my little Mexican man’s hat. Later I saw a bluetit do the same so I wonder how many other birds drink from it.
The baby woodpeckers are getting closer each day but still not settling in the garden. They fly pass and then back up into the tree.
The longest day today and typically it was overcast for most of it. I was hoping to go down to the point this evening but Mike was busy and it looked like it was going to rain. I could see a few dolphins leaping around :)
