A bonus

A visit to the local kennels to see if it’s suitable for Amber. She has always loved going to kennels when we went on holiday, so it was fingers crossed that we would find somewhere as good.

Well it was awesome!! Purpose built, with air conditioning and super indoor and outdoor facilities. The owner and Amber got on well from the very beginning. She has a male, liver and white GSP, who looks like Amber’s double. We have been able to book for 3 days in August when we are away for an event. The plan is for her to have a play day in July to get to know the staff. 

We called into the garden centre on the way back, to sample their delicious scones and coffee. Also get some potting compost and a couple of plants.

Finally I went into the little sub post office to send off the application for my replacement driving licence which has gone missing. Sending this application as recorded and enclosing a recorded delivery envelope for the return journey, will hopefully work!!! I’ve never had problems before, so this is a pain!!!
