Hat's off to the Heart Foundation.

Another early start at the gym, although Vic arrived the same time as I did. I heard all about his holiday exploits, and he has a good suntan to prove it. Saw Mike, who I haven't seen for many weeks (he goes on different day's) Des & Cath arrived not long before I had finished. I walked into town, and went to the Post Office to get a cash withdrawal, only to find out that Lloyds Bank had re-opened today after having a make over. I did go to see what it looked like but I couldn't see much difference, except the flooring was new. Mind you, we are lucky to have a branch still open in our town.  Caught the bus home, and J arrived not long afterwards.
