Fir fur

Found this small fir tree growing by the patio so put it in a pot. The new growth is amazingly soft and strokeable - just like fur.
I had thought of going down to the ponds again to see if I could re-take pics of the reflections but it was cloudy by the time I got in so stayed and did some more in the garden - it is almost licked into shape.
The weather deteriorated more and it was raining by early evening.
