Time to smell the roses....

I know... unbelievable... but I managed it.. late this afternoon I managed to find this small window of opportunity to walk along the river in the glorious sunshine and actually put camera to use....
It was a wonderful half hour... on my way to the degree preview evening at Derby Uni.
the place was heaving... and had some lovely feedback on my images...
We also took time to view the 3rd year degree photography exhibition and the textiles final year projects .. so all in all a lovely couple of hours spent...

It made up for this morning.. dealing with a mouse ridden garage.. plenty of contaminated boxes etc to the dump , but now the garage is cleared and swept - one more job completed...
