Lilies and Otter Island

Dropped Deb off early for a run round the lake and went through Manesty woods to get some early morning shots.

Despite the last couple of days rain, I don't think I've seen the water as low as it is now for a few years. I often include a fence in the foreground of this shot - leading into the water, but the fence is fully out of the water now - and you can easily walk round the end of it (though you shouldn't)!

I confess to walking round to get this angle with the lilies in the foreground, but took great care to leave not even footprints.
