London cyclists

I was running across the Waterloo Bridge in balmy sunshine, and coming towards me were hundreds of cyclists and skateboarders. There was music, there were smiles, and the cyclists kept coming and coming. They looked so relaxed without any cars or motorised vehicles in their lane.

Why hadn't I heard about this or been invited??! It looked fun.
