Croome Court

We went to Croome Court this morning. The plan was coffee followed by lunch, though in the end we did have coffee but didn't stay for lunch as the menu was somewhat limited.

I managed the short walk to the church and rested took photos there whilst Ann went for a quick trip to the grotto.  The church is very interesting, though not used as a place of worship anymore.

The viewpoint from the church is very good. This photo  taken from just outside the church shows a path leading to the lake and part of the extensive grounds.  The grass areas are covered in oxeye daisies.

There was a meeting of Morgan drivers parked up near the cafe.  I've put a pic in the extras.

Today is Wide Wednesday hosted by StevenG.  The theme is Red which unfortunately does not occur in my main picture,  though the Morgan extra does have a small flash of red, someone's shirt or jacket possibly?
