In the slow lane

Managed to get some ironing done this morning when the house was a little cooler. We had heavy rain when we got up but hubby still walked to work in shorts and a t-shirt but did take a big umbrella with him. By lunchtime the rain had thankfully cleared as I had a hairdressers appointment. The little fellow in the picture was on a slow walk along the cut through path I use to get to the hairdressers.
A visit to the retail park to pick up a few things this evening, including a new bench for the garden.
And now the thunder has started again, this wasn’t in the forecast.
