RAIN TURN TO SUN

All day it has rained and was cold.

Stunning North Yorkshire scenery obscured mostly by cloud. We stuck it out....visited Muker ( very rainy).....Kirkby Stephen ( intermittent heavy showers some gaps)....and Hawes.......( damp drizzle but wet).
Finally returned to our accommidation in Askrigg late afternoon.
For tea tonight....we found a take-away chip van....and headed up to hills of Butter tubs and had a picnic ( no rain.....warm but not sunny).... we came back to the village for a drink in the pub and sat outside to this at 8pm.......FULL SUN just lovely.
