Roll up your sleeve.

Today we visited Berkeley to see the home Dr. Edward Jenner, who discovered and administered, in 1796, the first vaccine for smallpox.
This quaint little summerhouse came to be known as The Temple of Vaccinia where Jenner vaccinated the poor, free of charge.
1st. extra: Sometime later, vaccination was compulsory and prison was a penalty for non compliance. Anti vaccers were around even then.
2nd. extra: Hopefully not a sign we'll come across again.
