Aeonium Schwarzkopf.....

....or rather a possibility of starting some new plants.  This one was affected by the December frost but lived to tell the tale.  I need to start some new plants now to join with my other newly rescued succulents.  I rather liked the texture on the stem.  Some much needed rain overnight and everything is looking better for it.
