A welcome break...

We decided to return to Barcelona for the afternoon on the train from Sitges and had a lovely meander through the Parc de la Ciutadella. The park is lovely and I think every child in the area was there today. It did put a bit of pressure on the loos which are few and far between so we ended up taking a welcome break at this pavement bar. We tarried a while before heading back up La Rambla, had our obligatory ice cream then walked to the estacio de sants for our train back to Sitges. This picture sums up our day and also the recurring theme to this holiday...it's not just about seeing the sights but enjoying them too!
