Busy morning..collected my kaftan and silk dress as they had both been altered and they look perfect.

Back home and very frustrating phone call from one of the online financial services I use to do with verifying my identity for money laundering purposes. I’ve been with this same firm for years but now they need two certified documents before I can continue to use their services. Just go to your GP they said….er no as they will charge me £35 per document so I’m not paying that!
They need someone who is a member of a professional body to certify the documents so hopefully my step daughter can do it as they said family members are fine.

Also had to phone my bank about a promised welcome bonus that I’ve never received so that’s sorted now and then finally a complaint (yet again) to Royal Mail. Miraculously within an hour of my phone call the postie delivered the parcel that’s been missing for 10 days….funny that?

Having a cuppa and putting my feet up now…
