Erysimum capitatum

Western Wallflower. Did a favor for a friend (and myself) and gave him a ride up to Tuolumne Meadows before work today. I had hoped to blip a high country bird but few were about. So I stopped along the highway on my way back to photograph the bright wildflowers lining the roadsides. This species comes in many forms, corresponding with elevation.
