Neighborly Instructions

     We were out walking when we came upon this scene.  
     Its obvious that someone living on this block is unhappy with the dog walkers in his/her neighborhood.  Almost every lawn displays a sign like the one in the foreground of this picture.  Its a shame that the signs are required.  No one should be allowed to own a dog without first understanding that they are responsible for the animal's actions...all of them.   
    And anyone caught leaving poo behind should be sentenced to clean the public park for a week.
