Winner

We took advantage of our public transportation district's special pass to visit the San Diego County Fair. For the regular price of admission, we were allowed to ride the train to and from the closest station to the fair and take a free shuttle right to the entry gate. So much better than fighting traffic and paying to park. The only downside was that "professional" cameras are not allowed through the gates, so I did what I could with my travel camera.
