Springs to mind. 

A little bit of everything, the sea, the mountains, pasture. And a new thing that seems to have sprung up all around Cumbria, Willow Plantations. Obviously it's for flood prevention, but I'm curious if there's a commercial application for willow as well.

2 new folks on today's Wellness Walk. Changes the dynamic slightly, but that's not a bad thing. I also dound myself volunteered (asked, I have a problem saying no) to lead a weekly post walk discussion group back at the centre.
