Monday: #30DaysWild - A Mottled Moth
Spotted today’s moth whilst washing up the breakfast dishes.
We have all sorts of moths living and flying around our garden, these have been captured on my Blips over the years:

I wrote my Blip title before trying to identify today’s moth - but it may actually be a “Mottled Beauty”! Please advise if I’ve made an error … thank you :-)

A funny old day, rain has stopped but we had a very breezy southwesterly which was blowing all the dead leaves off the Cordyline - the bees and other insects are still feeding on the Cordyline flowers so having all the dead leaves flying around can’t have been much fun :-(
Family tree taking all kinds of twists and turns, with a few familiar DNA cousins hints popping up too!
Watched “George Michael at the BBC” on iPlayer - this was my soundtrack to the 1980s and 90s whilst I was juggling being Mum to The Jones kids and studying as a “mature” student … not forgetting MrD either - we all survived !!
Favourite song - https://youtube.com/watch?v=fDxzQJaA228&feature=share8
ADDED LATER: thank you very much to my Blip Friend Sgwarnog for responding to my plea and for identifying my mysterious moth as a Willow Beauty

Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
