THE INVADING SCOTSMAN

Yep, like proverbial black penny - G is back - this is is train arriving at Oxenholme.  No idea who the two young 'uns are but they didn't seem to mind the camera.

G's train arrived, spot on time this morning.  He used to get the one that arrived about lunch time but they have now reduced the services from Edinburgh, stopping at Oxenholme, from 7  a day to just 2!!!!  You have to rely on Transpennine!!!  Guess what, the Transpennine train after this one was cancelled!!!!

Anyway no matter, he is here, not sure for how long, somewhere between 4 to 6 weeks this time.

We stopped off at Lower Sizergh Barn for Borrowdale Tea Bread and coffee before coming home.
