Too hot to iron

Lush Parkrun with Niki this morning, my first in a couple of years. Remembered why I don’t do it very often though, as I always push too hard at the end and nearly make myself sick. Give me long and slow running any day!

I like ironing but had lots of hand made tote bags to iron today and it was just too hot for it.

Rewarded myself with beer with friends in the evening.
