Soggy Bloomers

......... at last some rain - nowhere near enough but it’s better than nothing after more than a month without any at all ;-)


We have decided we need to replace our 30+ year old boiler - we can’t decide between a straight replacement where it is situated at the moment ( which involves having to have our patio dug up for a soakaway ) or having it moved to a different position which would involve having to take down a ceiling and repositioning a plug socket ......... I don’t know why everything you want to do has to be so difficult and complicated these days thanks to new regulations, sigh :-(
We spent most of the day researching and discussing the options and are still no nearer a decision because neither option is particularly attractive to us but our old boiler won’t go on for ever - it’s all very frustrating :-((
