Mountain Avens Wild Garden

In the background, the Dents du Midi, on an Alpine Blipmeet with TonyG of course and Wildmint (extra … called “spot the blippers”) Paul and Linds joined us too. We climbed into what I thought was a “secret” valley but saw two other people in it today. The flowers were magnificent and we also spotted an old male bouquetin and several marmots there. After I left Tony to continue his his rambling up there (he’s staying in a dortoir tonight) I saw a juvenile Golden Eagle near Anzeindaz (extra). 

Retuning home, son Steve and his wife, Bervely, had arrived, a lovely surprise visit. We have just got back from a restaurant so no time for commenting tonight.
