Father's Day

and Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway was laying on trips with vintage engines and rolling stock. An afternoon tea on board, complete with a cake stand loaded with sandwiches, scones, cake, etc. Oh, and a glass or two of fizz.

As a bonus in the station yard was a classic car meeting. You could also get a free hurl in a selection of vintage buses to and from Linlithgow. All good fun, but uncomfortably hot. Much fresher this evening with a strengthening breeze. Mrs FP's phone suggests a 100% chance of rain overnight. I hope so, the garden is gasping.
