Concordia - 97 Years Old
We decided on an early walk to Ossuccio for coffee this morning. On the way back we stopped off for a few minutes at Campo, a sub section of Lenno.
Ferries do not normally stop in Camp so we were surprised when Concordia came in to the jetty. This is the oldest ferry on the Lake, and I think only operates at weekends. Built in 1926 she is a paddle boat and still going strong. Another paddle ship of similar vintage is currently undergoing restoration.
Unfortunately it was a little hazy over the lake when I took the picture, and is also facing into the sun, so the quality is not great.
