Rhubarb Pie
I’m in the habit of overplanting in case a plant should fail, so we have four rhubarb patches: the robust main plant and three lesser insurance policies. There are plenty of stalks for pie, jam, cobbler, and so forth. I threw in a few strawberries for the fun of it, and boy does it taste good! Both of us worked hard around the house today, so here we sit, dawdling over dessert.
