479 day of war

Hello, friends!

It has been raining all week in Ukraine. As a result, we haven't gone anywhere and have been focusing more on work.
Overall, the counteroffensive actions of our army are traditionally carried out in silence, meaning nobody reports on the successes and directions of advancement, which is actually good because the enemy closely monitors our information space. However, looking at the maps of the combat operations, we can see that small villages are being liberated daily, which reinforces our belief that everything will be fine.

Furthermore, the entire country is still trying to cope with the consequences of the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station, and humanitarian teams are daily delivering water and food to the affected regions. Unfortunately, the terror continues, and for the past two months, we have been facing rocket attacks every night. But it seems that we have even become accustomed to it.

Due to the flooding of most fields this year, just like the previous year, there won't be cheap vegetables and fruits, and that is quite sad news. Last year, active fighting took place in these territories, and people couldn't harvest their crops. This year, when it's almost time to harvest, the fields have been flooded. The enemy is throwing all their forces to seize our country, and when that fails, they try to make our lives as difficult as possible.

We are currently in a crucial stage of the war, and after some time, it will become clear which direction events will take in the coming year. So, all we have left is to believe in our armed forces and hope for the best.

Also, we have definitely decided to go to the Carpathians. It is quite challenging for me to visit unfamiliar places for the first time, so I am making detailed plans to avoid getting lost and ensure everything goes well. We will only have the opportunity to go on weekends, so we are thinking of climbing Mount Hoverla. It is the highest point in Ukraine and offers beautiful views. Although we won't have much time, I believe we can somehow distract ourselves from the war, news, air raid alarms, and recharge a bit to continue working. The weather has been quite bad this month, so we plan to go at the end of next month. I will also take my camera and take as many beautiful photos as possible of this amazing place.

I hope everything goes as planned, and there won't be any major terrorist attacks this month that would force us to change our plans. I believe in better days. Thank you all for the words of support. I'm glad the whole world understands the senselessness of this war and the level of cynicism of the Russian leadership. Вітаю друзі!
Весь цей тиждень в Україні ллють дощі. Через це ми майже нікуди не ходили та більше зусередились на роботі.
Загалом контрнаступальні дії нашої армії традиційно проходять у режимі тиші, тобто ніхто не повідомляє які є успіхи та напрями просування, але це й добре, бо ворог уважно стежить за нашим інформаційним простором. Але за мапами бойових дій ми бачемо як щоденно звільняються невеличкі села і це підсилює віру у те що все буде добре.
Також ти досі усією країною намагаємось впоратися з наслідками руйнування Каховської ГЕС та щоденно гуманітарні штаби відвантажують багато води та їжі до постраждалих регіонів. Нажаль терор також продовжується і ми вже другий місяць маємо ракетні обстріли кожну ніч, але схоже що навіть до цього ми вже звикли.
Через затоплення більшості полів у цьому році як і у минулому не буде дешевих овочів та фруктів і це досить сумна новина. У минулому році на цих територіях велись активні бойові дії і люди не могли збирати врожай. У цьому році у час коли вже майже можна збирати врожай - поля затопило. Ворог кидає усі сили щоб захопити нашу країну, а коли це не вдається - намагається максимально ускладнити наше життя.
Зараз важливий етап у війні і через деякий час стане зрозуміло у який бік будуть рухатися події наближчого року, тому все що нам залишається це вірити у свої зброїні сили та сподіватися на краще.

Також я все ж таки вирішив поїхати у Карпати з Настею. Мені досить важко вперше бувати у незнайомих місцях, тому я будую детальні плани щоб не розгубитися на місці та все пройшло добре. У нас буде можливість поїхати лише на вихідні, тому ми думаємо піднятися на гору Говерла. Це найвища точка в Україні і там досить гарні краєвиди. Хоч часу буде не багато, я думаю що ми зможемо якось відволіктись від війни, новин, повітрянних тривог, та трішки зарядитись щоб продовжити працювати. У цьому місяці досить погана погода, тому ми плануємо поїхати у кінці наступного місяця. Також я візьму камеру та зроблю побільше гарних фото цього чудового місця.

Сподіваюсь що вийде зробити все що заплановано та за цей місяць не станеться ще масштабних терактів, які змусять змінити плани. Вірю у краще
