Higher than your heart…
Hello Everyone,
All is going well with the recovery, and I increase the distance I walk every day. I did 1.57 miles this morning which I think is not too bad after 16 days. I feel sure I could do more, but I don’t want to overdo things and have to miss a day. Once a get to 2 miles, I will stick there and then add a second shorter walk in the late afternoon, and slowly build that one up to the two miles.
I will just stick with 4 miles a day but then try to speed up my walking a little.
When I am not walking, I spend quite a lot of time elevating my legs.
Nothing else going on.
