Fancies

Posh cakes soon to be demolished. We were in Gleneagles for afternoon tea it being a somewhat belated birthday bash for a certain wee pal.
These fancies were the last of the items on the two stands were were presented with, the first being the savoury one and the second the sweets.
The purple one is blueberry cremeux the next a pistachio choux and lhe last a strawberry mousse though my favourite was a 70% chocolate scone with clotted cream and jam. From the start of the tea, posh mini sausage roll to these fine chappies the only to describe it would be ‘yummy’
