If you're looking for an escape (adults only) then this is an idyllic spot. 

My pal Yvonne decided to organise a little retreat for ladies that didn't involve yoga or a rigid timetable and she invited me along to gatecrash. I've got a wedding tomorrow so I opted to come down to Netherbyres early and just pop over to see them and get a taxi back. Lovely bunch of girls and we had a giggle and wine. I left them in the hot tub and departed before it got super messy.

The wedding party seemed in good spirits when I returned but everyone went to bed in good time, I imagine so they are fresh for tomorrow.
