He had another good night although he said he was a little sore this morning. Dosed him up again and had a little walk. He’s still grumpy with Leo when we’re walking, so at least I know he’s the same old Ben :-/ Mr KCNQ2Haiku went out for lunch with his mum, so Ben had a little bit of Grandma playtime, he’s not quite himself though, he can’t bounce on the trampoline and he’s tired. Hard to know what is the shoulder and what is the heat though, it’s been unbearably hot again this afternoon. I put some cold water in a washing up bowl to see if I could cool Ben down by his feet :-D It did not work, his feet were in and out in a flash but Leo had a little drink of the leftover foot water :-/
I confirmed with school Ben’s return for Monday, with a new risk assessment, I did a little bit if governor work and chased the fracture team who were supposed to get in touch. They said they hadn’t had the referral from A&E so it was good that I’d chased. They’re going to call us properly tomorrow and they made notes about his complex needs etc, they said they’ll come up with a care plan and it might be that they see him or X-ray him more regularly because of his behaviour. We’ll see.
He’s a bit bored, tired and sore this evening, so hopefully bedtime comes around soon.
