Fan day

Managed a walk round the garden with one of my hiking poles (don’t want a walking stick!)
Had lunch outside but have stayed inside in the cool. Wore the cotton kaftan I bought at Holdenby as anxious to get out of nightdress and dressing gown. Long visit from a friend. Nice to have a catch up with the gossip.
Concentrating on getting strength back into my legs by standing up from sitting position (not an elegant sight)
Must try to be patient!!!!
