Spetchley Park Gardens

We went to Spetchley Park Gardens this morning.   Just outside Worcester they have acres of gardens, ponds, a lake, mediaeval church, stately home and cafe.  The flowers are numerous and at their most glorious with cultivated and wild areas.  We haven't been there for possibly twenty years, when it was raining.  The cafe is very nice and the coffee is not too bad.  On the lily pond were baby ducks and baby moorhen.  The stately home is not open to the public.

We headed for the cafe then had a little walk around that area.  We need to come back to see more, made possible by the purchase of an annual pass.

So plenty of flowers for Flower Friday, thanks to Biker Bear for hosting.  A lily as the main picture and a little collage in the extras.
