Lunch in Liverpool

It was so wet and cold yesterday in Liverpool, I had lunch whilst there. I originally went there to book a ticket for The Moody Blues at The Philharmonic Hall, but they were sold out, it was pouring with rain and I was so disappointed that I indulged in a lovely lunch at Ego Med restaurant that was only next door to The Phil, Later for afters I had the most delicious Eton Mess with strawberries, mango and ginger, it was such a lovely looking desert, shame to eat it..I had French coffee with it, needed a boost. It was tiring walking up mount pleasant to Hope St and my legs weren't so good, the rain didn't help, the muscles felt cramped. Didn't do the usual shop, visited The Bluecoat gallery to look at the photo exhibition...then to Costa.
