Quince jelly will be made
There are a couple of quince trees in the museum's grounds. I noticed this evening that both trees are laden with fruits. If conditions are right this will be a bumper harvest and lots of delicious quince jelly - ready for the winter: together with some strong cheddar, a lovely glass of red wine, in front of a roaring fire! Makes winter sound not too bad, as we are fast approaching the summer solstice!
