Pink Poppy

I thought all my Poppies had finished flowering leaving many large seed heads and bright green feathery leaves which will wither quite quickly if this drought continues.

I was doing a spot of weeding and spotted this lone, deep pink poppy still complete with petals. I’ll let the seeds drop and hope that next year the one will become more.
