I'm not quite sure* what this pretty plant is, but it provides a rather attractive alternative now that the clematis has died away.

Coffee and catch-up with friends Nancy and Liz in The Aizle; chopping down the nasty nettles from the path on our morning walk; and washing my disgusting car - otherwise trying to keep as cool as possible.
